As a Lead Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the smart energy market. You'll report into the Head of UX & Design whilst leading a team of talented designers to bring to life innovative products that drive the mission forward. You have the opportunity to influence every aspect of product development, ensuring that sustainability, efficiency, and usability are at the forefront of everything.

You'll lead the design team to create product concepts that align with company strategy and market demands. You'll also conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
