Job Title: Leadership and Management Tutor

Location: East Yorkshire/Humberside

Salary: £27,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops on leadership and management topics.
• Develop and update course materials related to Team Leader Level 3, Operational Departmental Manager (ODM) Level 5, and Improvement Leader Level 6 qualifications.
• Facilitate discussions, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learners’ understanding.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional development.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of leadership and management principles.
• Experience in team leadership, operational management, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Passion for empowering individuals to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) are desirable.
• Professional certifications in leadership and management (e.g., CMI, ILM) are advantageous.
• Experience in delivering apprenticeship standards is a plus.
