I am delighted to be supporting a well-established, Ofsted outstanding further education organisation based in East of London as they are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Administrator to join their fast-paced and supportive team on a temporary basis covering long term sickness (6 weeks initially).

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and committed L&D specialist to come in and take a lead on training and organisational development administration as well as driving wellbeing strategy and activities.

You must be able to start immediately. Please note that this is a busy office based role (you will be expected to work onsite 5 days a week).

You will also require the following experience:

  • Experience of working in HR and Development
  • Good knowledge of third party training and wellbeing providers
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
  • Experience of working in a customer focused service
  • Ideally with experience of working in the FE Sector or wider Public Sector
  • Good IT skills
