About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of secondary school students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to ensure they have equal access to education and opportunities for success.
  • Utilizing behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Demonstrating a good sense of humor and supportive approach to engage and motivate students.
  • Using initiative to adapt support strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of diverse students.
  • Collaborating with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to implement effective support plans.

Requirements:
