�? Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Failsworth, M35

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their full potential? Join our dedicated team at our Failsworth school as a Learning Support Assistant. We are looking for a compassionate individual who can provide invaluable support to students with a range of learning needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist students in understanding and completing classroom tasks.

Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.

Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individualised education plans.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Support students with behavioural, emotional, or physical challenges.

Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.

Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special educational needs (SEN) would be advantageous.
