WILLS & PROBATE ASSISTANT

SALARY AS PER EXPERIENCE

Our client is a progressive and expanding Law firm in Southampton, who are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Wills & Probate Department.

The role will involve:

  • You will be responsible for audio typing, word processing and assisting with file management
  • You will manage the work diary, answer phones and confirm appointments for clients and staff
  • You will file and store confidential documents, retrieving client`s papers and files
  • Adhere to the firm`s strict confidential policies regarding paperwork
  • Additional administrative tasks when required

Skills Required:

  • Strong administrative skills including fast and accurate tying ability
  • Exceptional customer and client service skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload
  • Previous experience of working in the solicitors practice and familiar with and having a good understanding of administrative tasks and typing would be an advantage.
