What will you do? 

  • Liaise with staff members to progress files and support fee earners
  • Facilitate the effective organisation of the department on a day-to-day basis
  • Report to the head of the department regarding the performance of assigned duties

What do you need? 

  • Experience working in a legal environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with legal processes and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy
  • Proficient in relevant software applications
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
