Job Title: Legal Biller
Location: Bristol
Employment Type: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office, potential for remote work with monthly office visits)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Holidays: 25 days plus Bank holidays.

Company Overview: Join a prestigious legal firm in Bristol as a Legal Biller. This firm offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with excellent benefits and flexible working policies. You will be part of a friendly and dedicated revenue team that plays a crucial role in the firm's operations.

- Manage various aspects of the working capital cycle, including revenue assistance, credit control, and bill production and dispatch.
- Oversee e-bill management ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare, distribute, and ensure compliance with billing and SLAs.
- Handle queries efficiently through direct or shared mailboxes, proactively escalating issues to resolution.
- Maintain data integrity of key data items essential for efficient billing processes.

Position Requirements:
- Previous billing experience, preferably within the legal or professional services sectors.
- Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT for law firms billing is highly desirable.
- Confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both under supervision and independently.
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Aderant Expert or similar billing software is advantageous.
