Salary - £25,000- £32,000 P/A (DOE) plus Benefits

Heat’s Legal team has a wealth of long-standing partnerships with key contacts in the industry, making it the ideal team for a legal recruiter to build on and propel their career whilst making their mark. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers the autonomy to shape and drive our Legal specialist division across the Welsh market. Covering locations in Wales you will support growth goals focussing on driving new business, adding value to our existing client base.

• to ensure the success and growth of our legal recruitment business within the Wales
• to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Legal professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• keen to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Legal sector.
• to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis through continuous market research.
• business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach within the legal specialist market.
