Successful candidates will:

  • Have proven recruitment or B2B sales experience, with at least two years in a sales environment.
  • The ability to learn quickly.
  • Be comfortable pushing themselves out of their comfort zone.
  • A natural talent to build relationships and speak to people.
  • Be driven and want to get ahead and achieve.
