Our client, a long-established Legal Firm, are working with TN Recruits Law to find a skilled and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join an exceptional, innovative legal team based in the heart of Ashford, Kent. They are dedicated to delivering a bespoke, top-notch legal services to their clients and pride themselves on their modern approach and strong company values. This role is based within their Residential Conveyancing team and provides crucial direct support and responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Dealing with client enquiries and correspondence
- Arranging appointments and diary management
- Audio dictation and copy typing
- Document preparation and form completion
- Opening and closing files and case management system input
- General duties
Salary & package: up to £25,000 DOE, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension and private healthcare
Hours: Monday – Friday, office hours, with 1 hour lunch break
Location: Ashford
