LEGAL SECRETARY - PRIVATE CLIENT

£25,000-£32,000 (dependent upon experience).

CROYDON

Our well-established client is looking for a Private Client Legal Secretary for their Croydon office. This is a (preferably) full-time, permanent position that is office based.

This role is ideal for someone with up-to-date experience within a law firm, who can provide support and assist their Private Client team.

Duties;
They require our Legal Secretary to provide Private Client support to our Senior Partner within our Croydon branch. It is essential that the incoming Legal Secretary has experience with Probate matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and dealing with the elderly. Further duties will include:

  • Diary Management
  • Audio Transcription
  • Liaising with Clients
  • File Management

The Right Person for us;
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of up-to-date Legal Secretarial experience and be a knowledgeable and personable individual who can easily hit the ground running in this role. We pride ourselves on consistently giving excellent client care, so a professional manner is a must. Our new Legal Secretary will work Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.
