Lettings Manager managing 2 branches - South West London

Salary: £35k (Negotiable depending on experience)

Car Allowance £4200 per annum

Plus OTE £80k+

Monday to Friday - Saturdays if required

They are a highly regarded and well-established multi branch estate agency dedicated to delivering exceptional property services to clients in the SW area. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a Lettings Manager.

As a Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Lettings success. You will lead by example, setting high standards and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Manager

• Develop and implement effective Lettings strategies and tactics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and guidance.
• Oversee property listings and ensure they are presented attractively and accurately.
• Monitor market trends and competition to adapt the approach as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Contribute to overall branch performance through effective leadership.

Requirements of a Lettings Manager

• Proven experience in lettings within the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in lettings software and office systems.
• A customer-centric mindset and a professional demeanor.
• A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
