Lettings Negotiator / Trainee

Personal specification:

• Ideally have some experience within residential estate agency - not essential as training will be provided
• Excellent written and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
• Happy to take the initiative
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Knowledge of the local and surrounding area is preferred
• Full UK clean driving licence.

The company is offering a basic salary of £18,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and performance. A car allowance will also be provided.
