Lettings Negotiator / Trainee

Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly office in Reading! They have an enviable market share so this position would suit somebody who is driven and looking to progress within a reputable company.

Is this you?

• At least 6 months’ experience within estate agency
• Target driven
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Confident and professional manner
• Well-presented
• Able to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to build long lasting relationships
• Full UK driving licence.

The package will include a basic salary up to £18,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance, plus on target earnings set to be in the region of £25,000 to £35,000.
