Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conducting property viewings with potential tenants.
  • Assisting clients in their property search by understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable rental properties.
  • Negotiating rental terms and contracts between tenants and landlords.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving any issues, and maintaining regular communication throughout the letting process.

Location and package details of the Lettings Negotiator role:

  • Regent's Park, London.
  • Salary of £22,000- £24,000.
  • OTE of £40,000-£50,000.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Saturday 10am-2pm by appointment only.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable rental terms for both tenants and landlords.
  • A proactive and target-driven approach, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Driving licence is desirable but not essential.
