Lettings Negotiator - City Road
Salary £20,000 + Commission
Mainly office based
Our client is an established, well-respected name in estate agency. With a reputation for integrity and honesty. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in City Road, are you a professional and well-presented individual ready to join a growing team.
You will be required to generate viewings by registering new applicants for the viewing assistants, generate feedback to Landlords and canvassing. You will have an energetic and excellent telephone manner. Previous experience in the property industry is essential, can you work in a very fast paced and target orientated environment?

Responsibilities:
- Generate viewings and Canvassing
- Minimum 1 years’ experience required
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
