Job Title: Lettings/Property Management Administrator

Role Overview: As a Lettings/Property Management Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Lettings Negotiator and Head of Property Management. Your responsibilities will include managing the progression of lettings using platforms like REAPIT and Goodlord, handling lettings documentation, and ensuring compliance with gas safety certificates.

With a portfolio of 125 properties under management, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for success in this role. While your primary focus will be on administrative tasks, there will be amble opportunity for progression within the company as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lettings progression using REAPIT and Goodlord platforms
  • Handle lettings documentation and ensure compliance such as Gas Safety certificates, EICR and EPC
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to property management
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and external contractors as required
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Lettings/Property Management team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the property sector is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office suite
  • Flexibility to work one Saturday per month, with a day off in lieu during the week
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Passion for the property industry and genuine interest in the East London market
