About the Job:

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Training department within the London Fire Brigade's Hammersmith Assessment Centre.

Key Information:
Hourly Pay Rate: £16.36 PAYE or £20.65 Umbrella
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week, Mon-Friday 
Contract Length: 3 months (View to extend)
Location: Hammersmith (fully office based)
Start Date: ASAP
Client: London Fire Brigade   

Day to Day of the Role:  

-   Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence, answering calls, and assisting visitors.

-   Maintain high levels of customer care when handling telephone inquiries and receiving visitors.

-   Organise and clerk meetings, prepare relevant documents and agendas

-   Data entry onto the Brigade’s Absence control system and Purchase Order Management System (POMS).

-   Administer and score tests as part of the selection process, maintaining the security of test materials and scores.

-   Assist in the management of the Assessment Centre, ensuring rooms and equipment are prepared for events.
