The Company

We have a brand new role for a Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join a central Manchester company, close to major transport links. The company are a tight knit MSP with a family-like culture looking to expand their ambitious team.

They offer 24/7 Server, Support and Network services, in addition to consultancy. They are partnered with suppliers such as Microsoft, HP and Cisco, with the aim of providing state-of-the-art managed IT services.

The company are offering this role on a hybrid basis with 1 day in the office per week.

The Role

As an Infrastructure Engineer you'll be part of a small team, supporting a range of clients from a number of different sectors.

The role will give you the opportunity to broaden your skills and the management team are huge believers in personal upskilling and development. The current team is made up of 6 Engineers of varied experience, giving you the opportunity to both learn from others whilst passing on knowledge from your own personal and professional experiences.

The company are looking for someone who is prepared to get stuck into both Infrastructure and Network focused projects, developing your skillset to make you a well-rounded and highly skilled Engineer.

• Windows Servers - Builds, Maintenance and Deployment
• O365
• Linux Servers
• Networking - Cisco (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
• Virtualization - VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Veeam
