Logistics Operative

Are you passionate about delivering great Customer Service and interested in a role within logistics? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Operative based at our Trescal site in Naas, Dublin.

Joining our team as a Logistics Operative, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and work closely with our customer service team. You will be responsible for receiving and booking in of customers assets, liaising with customers and Third party couriers (National & International) including overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods.

Some of the key areas you will be responsible include but not limited to:

• Managing customers assets at point of delivery
• Booking customers assets onto the Company management suite
• Unpacking and checking deliveries against delivery paperwork
• Checking deliveries against purchase orders
• Raising and highlighting any variance between orders and deliveries

• Brand new purpose built laboratory
• Full training in the required role within the ISO17025 accredited laboratory

Our ideal Logistics Operative will be someone who:

• Previous experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Proactive and self-motivated problem solver who has attention for detail
• IT skills - e.g. Database entries /Microsoft word & office
• Able to work in a stores environment where manual handling is required
