M&E Facilities Engineer (Electrical bias) - Greater Manchester - £39k

We have an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business based from their newly opened Northern office at an exciting time of growth and expansion.

Covering the Greater Manchester region, you will also pick up a site in Runcorn once a week and a site in Leeds once a month. You will have an Electrical bias with 18th Edition and City and Guilds Pt 1 and 2. You will also have enough mechanical knowledge and experience to carry out maintenance on pumps, motors, AHU's, including changing belts and motors as well as basic plumbing skills. Sites include Colleges, commercial buildings and retail centres.

Call out rota 1 in 6/7. standby allowance paid, minimum call out. Plenty of overtime available paid at time and 2/3.

20 days holiday rising to 25. Enhanced DBS required for this role.
