T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join our Client on a Temporary to Permanent basis located in Coalville.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business that has on-going growth plans.

Machine Operative job Details & Benefits;

  • £11.69 per hour
  • Rotating shifts - 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Permanent role after 12 weeks
  • Free parking & Canteen facility on site

  • Annual bonus scheme based on Company profit and individual performance
  • Pension scheme - 5% employee & 3% employer

Machine Operative Role & Responsibilities include;

  • Following instructions from a written procedure to set up the machine
  • Quality checking products from start to finish
  • Lifting drums onto machinery and feeding products through
  • Changing tooling sets ups depending on the job working on
  • Packing bespoke products

Machine Operative Person Specification;

  • Must have the ability to follow instructions from a written procedure
  • Must be able to read and understand a basic specification drawing, dimensions, and tolerances
  • The ability to operate a production line and associated equipment
  • To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills are essential at all levels
