Machine Operator

Location - Ramsgate

Temporary to Permanent

Salary - £13.28 per hour

Hours - Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm

Do you have previous experience working as a Machine Operative in a Manufacturing environment?

Do you have access to your own transport?

Our client, a large food wholesaler in Ramsgate, is looking to recruit a Machine Operator to work on an ongoing temporary basis.

You will be working Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm and you must be able to start work immediately. Due to the location of the business, you must have access to your own transport

Responsibilities:

  • Machine operation, setting and programming
  • Loading and unloading of finished goods
  • Maintain machinery
  • Report any issues or damages to the management team

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role is desired
  • Must have experience in manual handling practices
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to follow strict Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Due to the location, you must have access to your own transport
