Position: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Westminster, UK

Pay : £40,000 per year, plus van, fuel card, and extra benefits

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Property services company in Westminster. This is a permanent role where you'll handle repairs and maintenance of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Fixing electrical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Doing daily repairs and installations
  • Ensuring repairs are done right the first time
  • Being on-call for emergencies occasionally

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations
  • Certification in 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • 2391 or equivalent 2394 & 95
  • Full UK driving licence (we provide the van)
