Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) - West London - Facilities Management - £40,000 DOE
A great opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in West London.
- Full time Permanent role
- Monday to Friday
- 30 am to 18.30
- 4 on 4 off
- £40,000 DOE
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract.
- Carry out routine maintenance work associated with all mechanical systems.
- Supervise specialist contractors and ensure all certification/ documentation is completed.
- Liaise with and respond to the Help desk ensuring that urgent maintenance tasks are responded to within appropriate timescales.
The Ideal Candidate:
- ONC/OND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience within a building services environment.
- Knowledge of PSSR 2000/Confined Space, Legionella, and Permit to Work systems.
- Good all-round knowledge of Facility Management and Building Service Engineering.
