STEM Recruitment is thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer with our esteemed client in the Glenrothes area. This role is a blend of reactive and planned maintenance tasks that keeps the facility running smoothly and efficiently.

Your role with them involves:

  • Tackling both reactive and planned maintenance on the production lines, ensuring downtime is minimised through swift troubleshooting
  • Showcasing your proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving faults in production equipment, predominantly from an electrical perspective
  • Engaging in a proactive schedule of planned preventative maintenance, always on the lookout for ways to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Taking the reins on diverse projects, contributing to process improvement plans and adding your touch of expertise

We're on the lookout for a skilled engineer, experienced in all things maintenance in a manufacturing setting. The role operates predominantly on a day shift with 1 week in 6 doing backshift and 1 week in 6 doing nightshift

As well as maintenance, you will have the chance to get involved in project work, driving LEAN initiatives and process improvements.
