A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager covering Responsive and Voids, to join and lead their innovative In-House Maintenance team.

This role will lead a seamless, proactive, and tenant-focused repairs and voids service managed by them. The post holder will lead on the strategic direction of the repairs and voids service in order to deliver a cost effective solution on behalf of the Trust.
