Our client
Nigel Wright is delighted to be working with a global business to recruit a Maintenance Manager with Electrical Bias to support their Teesside operation.

The opportunity
As Maintenance Manager you will be a key player in the regional Management Team, as they look to develop and embed an effective proactive and preventative maintenance to support a highly successful site with significantly increased demand from customers.

You will play a key part in improving reliability and availability of existing assets, whilst identifying the right opportunities to invest in new technology.

Working closely with your team, you will lead, manage and coach your team to create a world class maintenance team to maximise performance of assets.  With budget management responsibility, you will also focus on the ongoing training and development of your team to enable them to reach their full potential.
About you
As an experienced Engineering or Maintenance Manager, you will have proven experience in the delivery of a high quality maintenance service.

Your previous experience in effective budget management will enable you to understand how to maximise plant performance with ageing assets but also to be able to assess the right business cases for investment to meet demand.

Experience of working to COMAH regulations would be an advantage but not essential.

Whether you are an experienced Manager or a Senior Engineer keen to continue to develop further, this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and well established organisation and play a key part in the development of a high quality maintenance & engineering team.
