Aspire People, a prominent education agency serving South Staffordshire and North Birmingham, is collaborating with an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding ' school in Stoke On Trent , seeking to appoint a PE teacher to their esteemed team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Male Physical Education Teacher who is enthusiastic about promoting physical activity, health, and well-being among students. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive PE curriculum that fosters students' physical skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to students' varying abilities and interests.
Teach a range of sports and physical activities, emphasizing skill development, technique, and strategy.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and excel.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
Organize and supervise extracurricular sports teams, clubs, and events.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with other areas of the curriculum.
Promote healthy lifestyle choices and physical fitness both inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Teaching certification/license in Physical Education - QTS , PGCE
Proven experience teaching PE
Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness principles, and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities.
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the PE program.
