Urgent Need - Actively looking for a Qualified Management accountant/Finance management to join a real estate business based in North London/Hertfordshire. 

This will be a 10-12 month Fixed Term contract based in the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home. 

We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately with the core focus to produce month management accounts inclusive of variance and commentary. There will also be a strong element of business partnering and assisting with ongoing budgets.  

Responsibilities will include but not limited too: 
  • Production of the timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, including profit and loss account and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Working on joint venture accounts providing statutory financial statements and consolidation.  
  • Property management and other reporting, including S106/CIL, pursuit costs, service charges and ground rent reporting.
  • Assisting in setting the annual overhead budget, monitoring variance, and following up variance with all relevant departments
  • The role will not be involved in transactional accounting such as payables, receivables and bank rec's. 
To be considered for this role you be/have: 
  • Immediately available 
  • Qualified (ideally 1-3 years PQE) ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • Experience within Real Estate, Property Development or Construction
  • Previous experience with Joint Ventures (JV) and /or SPVs
  • Knowledge of COINs (desirable)
Hybrid working (3 days office/2 days working from home) 
£55-65,000 + Benefits
10-12 month contract (FTC)
