Description
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conducting financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve financial performance.
- Implementing improvements to accounting systems and processes.
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team.
- Liaising with external auditors and managing audits.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accountancy qualification or actively studying towards (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
