A Management Accountant is required for a retail industry leader in Biggleswade This role will involve financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Description
Management Accountant:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Assisting with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
- Performing financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Working closely with the accounting & finance team to improve processes and systems.
- Supporting the development of junior team members.
- Participating in various projects and initiatives as required.
- Reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Studying toward professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience working in a retail or related industry.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Offer
