Marketing Assistant
Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation based in Staverton in their search for a Marketing Assistant to join their team.
This is an ideal role for a candidate with existing design/ marketing skills, who is looking to grow their experience within a dynamic and supporting environment.
Day to day
- Maintaining social media accounts by responding to direct messages and comments as well as staying on top of social media housekeeping (e.g. updating the Facebook Featured Posts section).
- Assisting in the creation of social media graphics.
- Assisting with video production and photography.
- Creating print-ready artwork for branded stationery including labels/stickers.
- Creating, editing, and formatting company documents, such as departmental structure charts, presentations, and interactive forms.
- Sourcing, editing, printing, and distributing internal communications posters.
- Managing the marketing inbox to ensure internal and external stakeholders receive prompt replies.
We would love to see
- Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities and briefs that may evolve rather than remain as originally stated.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with GCSE English grade 4/C or above required as minimum (higher grades and A level equivalent qualifications preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience in using adobe creative suite; premier pro and after effects and using a DSLR/ mirrorless camera is desirable.
Working hours - Monday - Friday 8.00-4.30, mostly in office but some home working can be considered once you are established within the role.
