Our client, a unique plant based cosmetic brand, are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team!

ROLE: Marketing Manager
WHERE: South West London
WHEN: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:00
SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

DUTIES:

  • To create and drive monthly newsletters
  • Create all digital marketing material
  • To oversee and monitor the in house social media employee
  • To be responsible for the marketing function which includes booking space when appropriate/ fulfilling: content; artwork and liaise with/ instruct designers, for generic content and trade accounts (e.g. trade magazines, consumer magazine, in-store activity.
  • Keeping leaflets/flyers, stickers, bags etc. up to date and monitoring quantity updates
  • Redirect press enquires to pr where appropriate
  • To be responsible for sourcing, booking, staffing, setting up, organising, running and attending customer facing events and trade events (book stand, arrange stock, staffing, travel, accommodation where necessary) associated artworks, marketing materials. Presently 6 a year.
  • To be responsible for managing the In Store demo process (including sourcing, booking and training demo staff), across 7 retailers and multiple stores during busy periods e.g. summer time, delegate and oversee if possible and appropriate

WHAT'S NEEDED:

  • Proven experience within Marketing
  • Experience of working within start-ups and helping to scale up
  • Highly skilled with digital marketing
  • Great communication - someone who is happy to get involved
  • IT literate with full use of creative softwares
