Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead a comprehensive rebranding initiative for AquaForce Trading and select portfolio brands. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion into the UK market and other new territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic rebranding plan for AquaForce Trading and designated brands, aligning with the company's vision and values.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the UK market and other target regions, informing marketing strategies and product positioning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.

  • Oversee the creation of brand assets, including logos, packaging, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives within established deadlines and financial parameters.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and market expansion, preferably within the bathroom industry or related interior products sector.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Proactive use of technology, including AI, for marketing automation, data-driven decision-making, and customer engagement, is preferred.
