Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Central Birmingham 2 days and home working 3 days
Salary: c£40k

We are working in partnership with an awarding winning Social Enterprise business to recruit the first Marketing Manager role; an exciting opportunity to build a new marketing strategy and play a major part in the positive development of the business. Operating as part of the senior leadership team, reporting into the Director of People & Strategy and leading a small team of 2 you will be accountable for the improving brand awareness and ensuring all marketing activity is in line with organisational goals
Key Accountabilities
- Align strategy with business development activity to generate leads.
- Work closely with digital marketing partners to optimise online presence and campaigns.
- Raisebrand awareness through various channels.
- Lead and motivate a small team comprising of a Marketing Co-ordinator and Data & Insights Officer.
- Record and Analyse data to provide valuable insights that feed into marketing and business development strategy.
- Oversee themarketingbudget, ensuring appropriate return on investment
- Ensure that external communications and brand messages are inline with core values and resonate with key audiences.
Skills & Experience required
- Proven track record of a similar Marketing role at Manager level with experience of strategy development.
- Experience in effectively managing external partners, including working with media agencies, creative agencies and ful?lment agencies.
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Demonstrable experience in Data & Insights with an analytical mind, able to communicate and action findings.
- Strong communicator with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships at all levels
