About the role

Primarily responsible for the co-ordination, reporting, packing and shipment of all finished goods sales order requirements and ad-hoc miscellaneous shipping request

  • Daily Shipping materials review and preparation.
  • Daily coordination of Shipping Requests.
  • Pick, inspect, pack and report all shipment requests.
  • Co-ordination of all outbound logistics courier services.
  • Import and Export controls
  • Ad-hoc shipping request coordination
  • Monitoring, tracking and progressing of orders to customers committed delivery date.
  • Storage and organisation of all relevant shipping materials including cycle count, inventory issue and stock check control.
  • Storage and organisation of all Finished Goods inventory including cycle count, inventory issue and stock check control.
  • Support site incoming materials
  • Continuous Improvements Projects – standardisation across group.
  • Process SOP (Standard operating procedures) generation & team training.
  • Generate and maintain visual workplace standards.
  • Adhere to all internal safety, HR, environmental and quality guidelines and procedures.
  • Support other Materials and Logistics activities as and when required
About you
  • Previous experience in a dispatch environment including shipping goods and materials
  • Previous import/export control experience
  • Similar experience in a high-volume manufacturing company is desirable.
  • Hazardous Goods awareness
  • Basic COMAH Awareness
  • ADR Certified is desirable
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Shipping/Export Coordination
  • Attention to detail.
  • Driver License
