Mechanical Engineer  – Bognor Regis – £40K-£45K

Futures Recruitment Services Ltd are currently searching for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience in a Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering background with particular experience skills in Mechanical engineering.

The successful Mechanical Engineer candidate must have the following skills and experiences:
  • Experience of Mechanical  Engineering Engineer (essential)
  • Experience from a Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering background (essential)
  • Management or supervisory experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills along with problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to act decisively when needed
The successful Mechanical Engineer candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Manage the engineering functions for the product range
  • Provide technical support and resources on existing products
  • On the New Product Introduction NPI process
  • Prioritise improvements & resolve issues
  • Manage and allocate resources, working with other teams
  • Develop customer relations, developing satisfaction & product longevity
