Building Services Consultancy

£40000-£55000 + Bonus + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits

Multi-Skilled Building Services Consultancy are actively looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join the team, be a key component on executing projects estimations ensuring project profitability and continued growth is maintained and internal processes are continually assessed to maximise client satisfaction.

To apply the following experience is required:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Mechanical Estimator position
  • Demonstrate specific experience in conducting site surveys to understand project requirements and then producing detailed estimations utilising data from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Previous 'on the tools' experience beneficial but not essential
  • Have worked on projects across commercial settings including Health Care, Education and Retail/Hospitality
  • Full driving license

The Mechanical Estimator will only work on projects in the North-West and will once established will have the option for hybrid working. Our client was established 40 years ago, cover projects up to £1M in size and only cover the North-West.
