We are working with a high-profile professional institute to find them a confident and commercially minded candidate to manage member relations and engagement with their 10,000+ members. You will work closely with senior management to create strategies to retain existing members, boost engagement and meet ambitious membership growth targets. You will also liaise with marketing and communications teams to promote the available programme of events, qualifications and subscriptions available. We are looking for applicants with experience of delivering communications campaigns and experience of gathering feedback from members/clients.

Previous experience working in a professional institute or membership body would be an advantage but is not essential. We would like to hear from candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant experience promoting services, memberships or qualifications. The ability to create high quality, engaging marketing materials will also be key. This would be an excellent next step for any candidate with a background in marketing or engagement looking for the next step in their career and the opportunity to take ownership of projects and making strategic input.

You'll be joining a friendly, busy team working out of beautiful offices in central London. Hybrid and flexible working options are available. If this sounds like the job for you then please send us your CV today!
