Membership Officer

Elstree, Hertfordshire

£26,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are looking for a varied customer service role then this position as a Membership Officer may well suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working in a busy Contact Centre and acting as first point of contact for clients

- Managing incoming calls and emails in relation to the property redress scheme

- Advising prospective clients on authorised scheme and how this provided required legal cover

- Liaising with prospective clients as well as existing members of the scheme

- Onboarding new members and processing all related administration required

- Responding to member and consumer enquiries in relation to compliance issues
