Unity VR Engineer

Exciting opportunity for a Unity VR Engineer join a Immersive Game Studio based in the Midlands!

  • Salary up to £50,000 mid-senior level required.
  • On site working style.
  • Strong proficiency in Unity / C#.

A studio formed to help create immersive VR experiences! We create cutting edge VR Games for clients in a fast paced environment.

Based in the Midlands this studio is looking to push the boundaries of what is possible and offer unique experiences to users worldwide.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

Working within an already established team, you will be a skilled and knowledgeable Unity Programmer who will be focused on building different style of games from VR/AR to apps. You will be able to architect, develop and maintain robust systems and tools for gameplay and development.

Unity VR Engineer

  • Good commercial experience as a Unity Programmer.
  • Strong professional experience Unity / C#.
  • Experience across various different headsets - including Meta Quest and VIVE Focus 3.
  • Strong professional experience within a VR / game setting.
  • Photon experience a huge benefit.
  • Good knowledge of Git and Git LFS
  • Small team so any fullstack experience with cloud experience welcomed but not essential.
  • Ability to mentor juniors.
