Hourly Rate:
 £14.00 – £17.00 per hour (£12.00 per hour base + bonus) + Overtime

Company Overview: We are a recruiting for a manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Thetford, specializing in the production of metal products. We are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team and contribute to the production and repair of their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on various metal components, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
  • Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect welded joints and structures to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
