Job Role: MIG Welder
Location: Manchester
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £12.89ph

Metalis is working in partnership with an engineering company in Manchester who are looking to hire a skilled MIG Welder on a 4 week contract with the possibility of long term work.

Job Duties:

• MIG Welding only
• Working with a variety of materials mainly light to medium stainless steel
• Must be able to work on your own, reading from engineering drawings
• Ability to use production equipment would be advantageous
• Ensuring your welding bay is kept clean and tidy and you adhere to strict health and safety guidelines as directed

Job Requirements:

• Experienced Welder Fabricator with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Knowledge of using light to medium stainless materials
• Good work ethic and flexibility on overtime
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good accuracy and attention to detail

Salary & Shift:

• Days only role
• Monday to Friday pattern
• 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 12.30pm on Friday
• £12.89ph
