A cutting-edge London-based startup specializing in transforming how financial professionals access and utilise data is seeking an experienced AI Developer/MLOps Engineer with LLM experience to join their team.

With a strong focus on AI-driven automation and analytics, this company is redefining financial intelligence, backed by top-tier venture funds and a team of experienced technologists and founders.

ROLE:

• Lead the development of new generative AI features, tackling complex challenges like multi-hop question answering and interaction with symbolic systems.
• Construct Knowledge Graphs to bolster the product's value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to identify business needs and customize AI solutions accordingly.
• Enhance AI models and infrastructure for improved performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and techniques, driving continuous innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong software engineering skills, with a focus on machine learning and AI.
• Experience deploying foundational Language Models (SLM / LLMs) in production environments.
• Proficiency in deploying machine learning solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of data modelling for search, retrieval, and reranking.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including backend engineers, front-end engineers, and product designers.
• Additional advantage for experience in ML Ops and deployment across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Practical experience with machine learning techniques for search and retrieval, such as Learning to Rank.
• Experience building Knowledge Graphs and leveraging GNNs.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
