Our clients, a fast-growing Mortgage practice with an excellent reputation, are seeking a self-employed mortgage advisor in Nottingham. The role will be working within an Estate Agency offering excellent earning potential, leads provided and a generous commission structure. 

Our clients are extremely forward-thinking, and this is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful business. 

Our client is offering the successful Mortgage Advisor:

  • OTE of £90,000 - £120,000
  • 40 + leads per month
  • Excellent commission structure on Mortgage and Protection business. 

Working Days:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be required to work full time, with a minimum of 4 days based in the branch. 

Key responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

  • Writing Mortgage and Protection business from the 40 + leads provided per month
  • Offering excellent customer service and advise

To be considered for the role of Mortgage Advisor, you must have the following requirements:

  • Experience and qualifications in the Mortgage industry
  • You will be an excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Proven track record of writing £100,000 plus per year
  •  Good access to Nottingham 
  • Full UK driving license
