The Mortgage Advisor Role

As a Remote Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor for the company, you'll be provided with an abundance of leads referred directly from brokerages website & established introducers. You’ll be an expert in guiding clients through the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have support to assist you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.

Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor Package

• Self Employed
• Retainer Available
• 50% Commission on leads provided
• 70% Commission on Self-Generated leads
• Administrative support
• Leads provided through the brokerages website & introducers

Employed Mortgage Advisor Package

• £27,500 up to £35,000 DOE and bankings
• Commission is 20% net after the validation point
• Administrative support
• Leads provided through the brokerages website & introducer

Mortgage Advisor desired Skills and experience

• 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• CeMap qualified
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Self motivated and driven
• Friendly and supportive member of the team
