Mortgage Broker Development Consultant
Our client is a highly respected Whole of Market brokerage headquartered in London and is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Broker Development Consultant. The purpose of this position is to be the conduit between the mortgage brokers and the management team, providing insights and guidance on broker performance and future training and development needs. This position will require excellent communication and time management skills, working with a team of 50 brokers across London.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Sales by working closely with the adviser team:
- Monitor broker performance in order to help guide the business on training and development needs
- Have meetings with brokers to understand current needs
- Share KPI and activity updates with brokers
- Utilise data in order to guage current performance
- Guide brokers on possible development strategies to increase conversions
- Provide updates to the management team regarding any requirements and opportunities for the broker team
What We're Looking For
- Experience within the mortgage industry
- Experience in a similar role desirable - you may be working within sales management, performance management, data management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a fantastic team of brokers
- Experience of working with Sales Management and internal stakeholders
