Job Title: Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician

Location: Thurrock, RM20 2ZD

Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus

They are now looking for a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician for their bodyshop in Thurrock.


About the Job:

  • Carrying out a variety of aspects within a Bodyshop
  • Vehicle Paint Spraying
  • Panel Beating / Strip and Fit (MET)
  • Planning work and ordering parts

Skills and experience required as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician:

  • At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint.
  • ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in Paint Spraying / Panel Beating / Strip and Fit.
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
